With what's happened in the news with Whitney dying, this is a bittersweet story that shows that love does last! I know that Danny has a jealous streak a mile wide, and appreciate that he wanted whats best for Lindsay by not adding more pressure from the media on her. But he was wrong.

I LOVE that David gave her some much needed advice, you had me worried there with another D name thinking he was a bad guy! LOL! It made this moment all the more sweeter and beautiful to see Lindsay walk over and invite Danny to dance because she wanted to be held in his arms. Marvelous job, there could never ever be a more perfect moment as to admit that you want to show the world that you're in love and happy.

"Dance with me," she told him as he glanced back at her with a surprised look.

"But..." he started.

"No buts," Lindsay interrupted him. "Danny, I'm tired of this. You and I are together. I know whatever partner I'd have, it'd be all over the news. But I don't want to stay the single woman forever. I don't want to lie about us for the next couple of decades. So unless you have a problem with being on magazines and in the news, I'd like us to stop this game and admit it finally."

Danny stared back at her in silence and for a moment, Lindsay felt a strong nervousness rising deep within her. But then, a light smirk appeared on his face. "Are you sure?" he asked.

"Very sure," she answered.

His smirk widened. "Good to know." He closed the distance between them completely, pulling her into his arms. "I love you."

"I love you, too," she replied.

And with those words, Danny kissed Lindsay. Both of them knew that all cameras were focused on them at this particular moment. Like they had expected, they would see this special moment in all the newspapers, magazines and TV news. But it didn't matter to them. They had found their great love in each other, and the fact that they would be in the spotlight all the time wouldn't change that they wanted to be together. Their relationship was worth it."

This was so cute! Is there an epilogue with a wedding or baby? That would be awesome. Great job with the ending!

Last night I saw this story updated in my mailbox and found that this was the last chapter, I was really sad. I loved this story from my heart, so I can't help but feel sad.

Anyways putting my own sadness aside, let's get into a review! :)

I can see Danny's dilemma between as her bodyguard and as her boyfriend and you captured it so emotionally, and I'm so happy to know that he did want her, want to be officially her boyfriend. You have no idea how happy you makes me because your Danny always loves Lindsay with his might.

Aww! I've been waiting eagerly for this dance party ever since I read the previous chapter, you know what? And jealous Danny is absolutely my favorite! :) I know he wanted to shout that Lindsay is his girl on that spot if possible. I adore how Danny and Lindsay were thinking about each other's situation, caring about each other. I can see how much they loved each other through their consideration to each other. David is a nice guy and it's great that Lindsay had such a understandable co-stars who understood her. And aww! David's wife's name is Daisy! I bet she is as sweet a person as David. :)

Wow! The ending part was just wow! I'm glad that they finally took the next step and made their relationship officially!

This was such a cute story. This was a good AU idea and I really, really enjoyed reading it. It was well written and I'm glad it ended on a happy note. Good job.

Is this going to be like dancing with the stars? HOW COOL! All I have to say is that Don is the MAN in here with knocking a little much needed sense into Danny about how he does deserve to be with Lindsay because she loves him and he loves her. Simple but perfect! I swear, she may be a famous actress in here but we all know she's a country girl and that is how she sees herself. That won't ever change! :D

But the love and sarcastic delivery by Don was and is the best part of this! Don working with Jess is so cool and not to mention a perfect revenge when he gets tongued around her! I bet Don even has all of her movies, heehee. You did however make me drool and bring so many delicious images to mind with Lindsay watching Danny as he was sleeping. Rawr to wanting to run her hands over his body...but its NOT fair to tease your audience like this, my friend! LMAO! Everything in here was marvelous and fun! Will there be a new movie in which Lindsay and Jess will meet up and become best friends?

YES! I wonder what his fear about going public is, or does he think it will damage his reputation if they broke up publicly?

Don reading through Danny's mind was awesome and I couldn't resist giggling at their whole conversation. They're absolutely the best friends and you captured their friendship perfectly! I assume Danny's face was radiating full of happiness, right? I'm glad that Don led Danny to the answer he needed to know for himself, and that Danny knew and love what Lindsay was really like. I think you also captured well how nervous and worried both of them were if they were the right ones for each other.

Regarding a girlfriend of Lindsay, I can see how so badly she needed one. And it's good to hear that she will be able to meet Jessica! I assume they can be great friends as much as Danny and Don.

Aww! They will go to the dance and Lindsay has already chosen Danny as her partner! How sweet! Meaning I can see them dance? You already made me look forward to it! Can't wait for more and thank you so much for always sharing.

Danny is always looking out for Lindsay. It's so sweet. I hope he listens to Don and doesn't let his insecurities cloud his relationship with Lindsay. She chose him and he needs to relax and enjoy it. Hopefully, Jessica is nice and makes for a good female friend. I like this story a lot.

Aww! I'm happy to know that they finally made this step! I was wondering what has happened to them in the ending of the previous chapter, so I'm more than happy to know that they cleared their feelings for each other and exchanged intimate moment like this, especially they were convinced that their feelings were mutual after they woke up the next morning.

Hannah Monroe is just the way mothers treating their own daughters! I love the way you portrayed her. Mothers always know their children even though they don't hear the details. And yes! I think everything Hannah told her daughter was right and proper and I'm glad that she could reassure Lindsay.

Lindsay should know by now that moms have an uncanny way of knowing everything...besides like Hannah said, the way she would talk about Danny. I bet her voices gets all soft and dreamy. :D This is amazing for a couple of reasons, one the couch is a PERFECT place for them to make love/sleep because it means that they have to cuddle to keep from falling off! :D

And two, that they could wake up to each other's heart beats. :) This is going to be different and better, but yes the pressure that the media is going to place on them is going to be rough. But we all know they can handle it as long as they keep talking to each other and letting each other in when it becomes too much. Will there be a stalker? Or has there been one in the past, from the way Lindsay talks about it...I have a nasty suspicion that there has been in the past. More please!

SUPER SQUEE! When Danny offered to carry her and did, all I could hear was Whitney Houston singing I Will Always Love You, LMAO! Laughter aside, I love that she is getting along with his friends and knows that she doesn't always have to be on to enjoy herself. There are some people who will love her for herself. I thought it was really cool of them to tell her some Danny stories to show her what a good guy he is. Marvelous!

But you nearly killed me with the thought of them in bed together...is there anyway we could get some smut? Boring of me to ask, because I always do but this was both romantic to see her so tired that she didn't want to move. And the feelings of love plus the kiss, be still my heart! :D The only thing that worries me is the feeling she has of being watched. Does she have a stalker at hand? :D

They are amazing in any or not. Their chemistry and love story can't be denied. I loved Lindsay's easy comraderie with Danny's friends.
