I like this story so far. It seems interesting, having two kids from Candor who lied. I think it might be a bit harsh to say that if you lie even once, even as a kid, you become factionless, but the factions aren't exactly moderate.

I thought it was very interesting how Ava and Teegan became friends. They are both really fun characters. I kind of wish that we could see them try to get through initiation into whichever faction they choose. Ava is smart, but she doesn't really seem like she would be an Erudite. I love this story and I hope you continue.
