YOu wrote that song yourself? It's very fitting for Satine, especially in this fic. I, too, love dancing in the rain, so I can definitely identify with her. Except for my not being a courtesan... still, close. I loved her purit - the way she longed for love, and wasn't yet too gaurded. Anyway, very lovely work (as usual).

lovely...it held a kind of lingering purity that isn't often found in satine fics, like the raindrops have alleviated a layer that the soiled Moulin Rouge has pressed into her soul. again, lovely work.

I have never seen so many moulin rouge stories written in my life. SomedayI will have to see the movie. Very nice, well written and I always love when an author uses the title in the work.
