Reminiscent of a scene from the original series when the Tomorrow People are discussing what their lives are like in the real world (Elizabeth was a teacher, ...); "One Word: Reflections" illustrates the difference between the two series. It's the lack of control. The second version of the Tomorrow People has characters painted adrift and lost, at least that's what I picked up from your tale. Well written, nicely closed, this was well worth reposting.
