Sam is free falling now, cutting himself off from everyone. Not good.

Oh Sam! So much of his life prepared him to be alone, but it doesn't mean I have to like it. lol I hate seeing Sam disconnect from everything he had with the Winchesters, with Dean. He doesn't even have that part available to him anymore, he's buried it so deep. I wonder if these fights will destroy Sam?

Gods, I hope John and Dean find out about Sam and convince him they would never leave him because of what he is. Hell, all John would have to do is tell Sam he was half demon himself. That should turn things around. Cause Sam's killin himself with that Masque stuff.

BTW, I thought that was what he was. You did a great job not hinting to much at it, though.

Sam's going darkside - let Jim have some kind of saving grace here...

Noooo! O.o Sam is a demon? But...but...he's been so GOOD...so KIND...so much a part of the Winchester family! Now, he is distancing himself, not letting himself feel the love and caring that he did before. Just cause Ruby told him that they would hate him. :( I really hope that isn't true. That if Sam let himself care again, show his love for them, that they would still accept him as part of their family. I have hope! I also hope that Pastor Jim has some good news for them. That would be a nice change! :)

Things are not going so well here - Sam and Dean are losing that closeness. Ruby is busy driving a wedge between them. This does not bode well for when Sam has to fight again. Good chapter.

Hmmm, this masque appears to be addictive, and it gives a feeling of invincibility to it's user. That can't be good. It also seems like there might be an attraction growing between Ruby and Sam, even if he doesn't realize it. Maybe the masque adds to that too. o.O Sam seems to be going down two distinct paths here. One is good, such as bulking out and getting stronger, and possibly learning to use his 'abilities'. The other is bad, cause he's losing his capacity to feel emotion, other than anger/rage. I wish he could blend the two and only keep the good parts.

Ok so another great chapter, but you are REALLY scaring me right now because I'm afraid Sam may be a demon. Noooooooooo please noooooooo. I hope that Sam Tell's Dean about Ruby and I also hope that she is good not evil. I'm still trying to hold onto my mind waiting to find out what Sam is and still hoping for my dream ending where Sam is a blood relative of the Winchesters.
