I hate Benlie along with Gwenvin. They are not my favorite couples.

This. Was. Amazing. Actually, as much as I seeth at the fact of hearing of another couple breaking up (cartoon or real life. There's too much of that lately...), this was...realistic. It fits. It made me tear up a little. God, I hate you for being so awesome at writing. Then I love you xD It's a complicated relationship.

I usually love your stuff, but I guess I'm too much of a Benlie fan to really appreciate this. Thank you for it regardless, I love your writting style.

I've never been too fond of Benlie, but I suppose that is because I felt that something like this would ultimately happen to them. It's hard to admit it. I mean, Julie was there from the very first episode of AF, even if the audience didn't know her name at the time. And like fans of any show, it's hard to let go of the original, tenuous bonds and throw them away for new ones. It really is.

You put an appreciative, realistic light on the two. Sure, Julie seemed a tad harsher than to be expected, but I'd be fed up too. Bottling up things like that really would make a person explode. But I really do believe that Ben will never be reliable enough for Julie. She was understanding when the hero concept had first been revealed. But she needs someone she can truly rely on, and Ben never really made an effort for that.

Your depiction of Ben is entirely believable. Despite in times of crisis or when he takes the role of a hero seriously, he is very immature and gullible when it comes to relationships. It was tactless of him to try to reconcile things between them with "but you loved me!" or "I loved you!", which honestly fits his character.

I've always admired how you're able to carry a metaphor throughout a piece ( "forks" being the metaphor in this one that makes Ben's conversation with Julie all the more insufferable ). It's a great technique to drag a reader in, to make a story more compelling.

Well written, painfully enjoyable, & very plausible. Fantastic job, Sky! (: You always impress me with what you write. Seriously, go publish a book. Or two. Now. (;

I hurts to say this, as a big Benlie fan. But... You're right. Ow! That really did hurt! But, Ben and Julie have had so many problems in UA i just dont see it surviving the end of the season. Which really saddens me because in AF they looked so promising. Sigh. And i still can't believe that along with Benlie, Gwevin might be splitting up as well.

Nice work through, you hit the nail straight on the head. Can't wait to read more from you.
