Just checked the dates you posted this-it was BEFORE season two aired? That's incredible! The writing in this story is so taut and intense, and there were multiple moments that made me think of each of the episodes in season two. You've got both John and Sherlock down pat.

And the writing, the writing! It's nearly midnight and my door is open to the dark hallway and-I'll admit, I was freaking out a bit. My heart was pounding (rather uncomfortably, actually). You manage the suspense so well!

And can I just say, the title is perfect. Subtle and understated but perfectly matched to the story.

This was absolutely wonderful. The title and the theme fit perfectly. The unseen enemy is really the epitome of creepiness. It freaked me out some just reading. The cameras and the lights going out...

I loved the first season of Sherlock, I can hardly wait for the next one, and I adore you for writing these two so well! Bravo! I was so worried for John, but I was glad to see you included a moment where he connected to an absent Sherlock via deduction (accurate) and the brief comment John made about feeling like a hobbit in Sherlock's coat, what with Martin Freeman starring as Bilbo.
