Hi 10/31/11 . chapter 1 Any words that I use would be a disservice to your writting. |
Starongie 8/3/07 . chapter 1-dies- What...? HARRY. Good dear. I'll be back now, I've got to hunt down the Boy-Who-lived.
Beautiful writing, as always. |
Lacrymose 6/14/07 . chapter 1Well I normally avoid d/h fics. No homophobia. I just prefer this is very well written. Beuatiful and filled with nostalgia and sweetness. |
Lemola 9/12/05 . chapter 1 God dammit! Why do you always have to write such beautiful, yet very sad fics?
I don't know why you wouldn't like this one, I mean, it's great (as are almost all you're stories [haven't read all of them just yet])
This is the first story I review, 'cause all your stories are like pieces of art and I never know what to say 'cept maybe: (*cry, cry*) Beautiful, wonderful, superb (*snif, cry, weep*)
But I just had to review this one since your not sure of it.
LISTEN TO AND LISTEN CLOSE: again you've made a masterpiece, you can perform with your words, you are superb and this story is just as good as the others. I liked Dray rambling... 't was so sweet that. I hope you realise now that this fic is a good one. Else I just have to come and tell it to you personally.

 A Random Person 5/12/05 . chapter 1*sniffles* How sad, and beautiful! I like! |
sheneedsanewname 4/24/03 . chapter 1That's really beautiful. I can't describe how that feels. I love the sea... |
 Luni Sedai 2/25/03 . chapter 1O_O
.. ;_; so sad too. I WUV IT! /squeal/ i'm adding this to my faves keep writing things like this, and i'll love you forever! |
Redrum 1/9/03 . chapter 1This was really well written. I feel so sorry for both of them. It's to bad they couldn't end up together. And I like how you end this. |
reenka 9/1/02 . chapter 1aoi hayashi...! that's what i thought when amalin recced this story (i was wanting more seashore!h/d, besides her fic and mine and rhoddlet's, since i feel they fit the ...intensity, and melancholy, and strength, and depth of it... and just all the descriptions... i love all the descriptions possible...)
"I think too much. I always do, will always do, and have done, all the past perfect and future tenses." &
"See, you love the sea, but it can't love you back." &
"Sea air tastes like his skin and kisses. All sandpaper and orange cream pressed against my collarbone."
*sighs*
(orange cream? but...it fits.)
i love how it's poetic and yet halting, stumbling over itself -yet that makes it more real- more like, it's not just, narration, but it's actually draco, speaking- and it's him that's saying & feeling those things, and being so beautiful..
i love how the words are tumbling over each other, and how the sentences are overlapping, and of course, the descriptions...
& even if this isn't "recognizably harry & draco" separately, it's them together, because, it's love- passion- longing- &
"Me and him. In love with the sea." - it's a reason, to love them.
mm. thankyou.

Guenevere3 7/27/02 . chapter 1It's very descriptive, yet i don't get the essence of it. It is very different from Rowling. Although you say that the characters are hers, how come the personalities are different? It doesn't even sound the same. But i have to admit, you have a great imagination, and bravo for actually being able to put it all out on paper. It is overall very well written!
keep up the great work! |
one four two nine seven eight 6/7/02 . chapter 1Oh, that was so sad! At first I thought it was Draco talking about Harry, and then there was a passage...the Beauty passage...that made me think 'twas the other way 'round, with Harry talking about Draco...
But I was right at the beginning. :) |
 Adara's Rose 5/19/02 . chapter 1*even more confused* you're really comfusing me. I don't get it. It's very beautiful, but I still don't get it. |
Amalin 5/5/02 . chapter 1God, was that beautiful. I can honestly say this is one of my favorite works of yours, though it would be an extremely difficult choice. It had an entirely nostalgic, longing unity that pervaded the whole thing. Gorgeous. And the interwoven sea, that was amazing. Wistful, aching, ultimately a completely poignant image of a lonely Draco slowly walking the curve of an abandoned beach. I could *see* it. So beautiful... Your prose is amazing. Thank you for sharing; I'm off to reread, now... |
Newkirk's Heroes 5/3/02 . chapter 1Well...I'm really not into Harry Potter, but I decided to check one of your stories out and...Wow! I've only read one Harry Potter book (the first one, and that was a while ago!), but I still love the way this is written. I absolutely love the emotion, the description...it's so beautiful! |
Nikolai 5/1/02 . chapter 1 Oye vaye, that was indeed a lovely one. I like it! Very very much! |
