OMG! Are Joyce and Giles going to get married? SQUEEE, I always felt kind of bad for Giles always being alone. Great chapter! I can't wait to find out everything he saw in his dream of the future!

This is a great chapter the way everyone is subtly coming together and each person knows parts of the story. I really like the flirting between Giles and Joyce.

Ohmygosh! Spike did the shocker! :-)Great chapter! You have no idea how happy you made me by updating:-). Also, the shocker bit made me laugh-my friends and I have this whole joke about the shocker involving my softball coach...he made the gesture, he just didn't know what it meant...until he looked it up . Oops:-) anyway, great chapter, keep up the good work!

I thought this was a well done chapter. I love the character development you've done for all the characters in the story, not just Spike and Buffy. Have seen a few fics where people forget to really do anything with the "side" characters, so it's a refreshing change. I also really like how you portray Spike and Buffy's relationship. Love between two people isn't dirty or what have you, and to explore new things together should only be a positive not a negative and you explore a few things one doesn't often see in fic or in het fic and I really admire you for that.

I can't wait for the next installment; I'm sure the next chapter will be as amazing as the rest of these have been.

Ah, another update - which was wonderful, too!

so, for this chapter i bestow upon you 2 feminine percy weasleys that feel grateful of this somewhat explanatory chapter!

I really really really want to know everything Giles saw! I'm being tormented by the little bits hes revealing. You've captured a depth and intimacy with Xander and Anya that I haven't really seen before, it was wonderful. I also really liked the sweetness of Tara and Willow together and Tara sharing her demon secret. Willow was wonderful. I'm glad Giles and Joyce are getting together, I like them as a couple.

This made me tear up. Okay normal Buffy reaction, freak first think second. But she did come around when she thought about the chip being out. She had to realize that Spike would never do anything that would make her have to stake him. He has be waiting so long for someone to love him. He would never jeopardize that. It would kill him to lose that love.

Okay this is only the second story that has made me like Xander. Let me just say that is a very difficult thing to do. He is third on my list of those I hate right after #1 Angel and #2 Riley. So for you to make him a decent person is amazing. He finally is letting go of the fantasy that Buffy will some day turn to him and say "OMG Xander you're perfect for me!" He finally got it that Anya is a wonderful amazing woman in her own right and he is damn lucky to have her.

I'm with Willow we hate Tara's father. That poor girl well at least know she knows she is amazing in her own right. That she has a purpose a grand purpose in life and that her father was an ass.

Joyce and Giles were too cute! Go Giles! I think the future is going to be interesting. Giles is going to have to make nice with Spike. He is important to the future and to Buffy's life span and happiness. Joyce well she is starting to realize just what Buffy's life is going to be like. I was glad to see Giles make it clear to her that Angel wasn't the one for Buffy. Cause I could see Joyce calling Angel trying to get him back for Buffy. But I think she might be okay with it being Spike. She would have tolerated Angel if Giles told her that he was the one. But I think she could come to like Spike a lot. Especially when she realizes that Spike will help her live a long life with someone who loves her.

Ugh, you are wicked! Everyone of your posts makes me want more fast! It's official I'm addicted!
