Persephone is leaving a bad taste of Mary Sue in my mouth. Does she have ANY flaws (other than her fighting temper, because let's face it, that will only help her when she's in a battle)? Anything that could be used against her? And don't say that she's fiercely loyal to her friends, because that's Percy's flaw, and this story is already too much like the book. Your writing is good and it definitely has a voice, but I wish I could read something that you came up with on your own; not following Rick Riordan's storyline to the point of plagerism. |
