It's okay not to be great with history (even for a writer in the Hetalia fandom), but if you're writing a fanfic with a plot that revolves around a historic event, like this one does, it's good to do at least a small amount of research on the subject while you're writing. Even if you only know a little bit about your subject, it's fairly easy to pad out your knowledge and make it seem like you know more than you do.

What really stands out in cases like these is things like your reference to America and England speaking over the telephone. The Boston Tea Party occurred in 1773; the telephone was not invented until the 1870s, so England and America should not be using one.
