What an interesting idea! Somehow you manage to make a fic from the POV of a building work. This fic really seems to give off the air of everything that makes the HP fandom so unique. I especially enjoyed the parts about the castle's relationship with Luna. (Also, it was fun to think about the castle as an interfering matchmaker!)

This is really original! I love how the castle protects Luna - that was my favourite part. Well done. This deserves more reviews!

There is one tiny thing I'd like to see fixed, but it's sosososo minor I feel embarrassed bringing them up, but I guess you're on this site for critique, right?

Anyway, when you say, "breaking the dismal isolation" don't you think it's supposed to be "breaking its dismal isolation"? That's all, really, everything else is perfect!

Hi! I really like how you have made the castle a being that can actually think and feel. I've only seen one other fic (possibly two, can't remember) where this is shown. It's a really cool idea that I think can actually be true - it makes sense when you're reading the books. And the idea that Luna could *see* the castle was great. If any person ever could, it would be her. I thought it was nice that the castle liked her in return.

It's great seeing other Aussies writing superb stories like this. I'm surprised that only one person has reviewed this. Keep up with the good work! :)

I don't understand why nobody has reviewed this! It's superb, magical and etheric (since English isn't my first language I'm a tad bit unsure if that word really means what I want it to mean, so if I offended you - it was unintended).

I fully believe that Hogwarts has a soul - and I love how you portrayed it, and it's special relationship with Luna Lovegood. If there was one pupil among all those thousands and thousands of young witches and wizards to have set foot inside Hogwarts' walls, one solely who understood Hogwarts, then it would be Luna.

I must say that I love your pieces and have read most of them. Keep up the good work! They are all masterpieces, and I envy you; smart stories, good characters and great dialogue. If I could write half as well as you I would be lucky! :)
