You got Pinoko's innocent child routine, as well as her playful mischief, down to a T! Very well done.

It's a simple joke and could've easily gone flat with bad execution, but you were skilled enough to make it funny throughout this little ficlet!

I really liked Black Jack's internal monologue, cursing the question. xD

I love situations where Black Jack gets into quagmires XD Great job, even if babies technically come from the uterus :)

I bet Pinoko would formulate 'the question' just for the sake of 'lulz'. Black Jack deserves such treatment. XD
