Okay, so this was rather confusing... Milady had rather extreme emotional reactions, which is fair, I suppose, but made things confusing and unclear. The only thing that seems certain is that she will attempt her escape in the next two days. What she does, how, what Scamp gave her... unclear. What the Musketeers will do, how they will intersect, if at all... also unknown.
It seems she has lost Scamp as an ally, or at least frightened him off for a time. I suppose we shall see.

Another great chapter ) I think you managed to keep Milady in character really well in this, and yet, also show an inner side to her that we never get to see, but one that I think personally fits quite well into her character. And Buckingham was very good as well. Again, your descriptions are great, this "Not just any woman, a red haired woman with green fiery eyes, enlightened by her inner flame, torturing and consuming her." This is why I really love your writing )

I love the way you describe Milady and i think you're a good writer with a great imagination.
I cant wait to see the next chapters,evethough you need to work harder than you think.

Another great chapter. I like Valerie a lot. it's always a gamble putting OCs in fanfiction, but I think you have created a really good character here and she is not in anyway a Mary Sue. You can sympathize with her even before you know her problem and I like how you introduced her to Athos because he would definitely always be willing to protect a woman in trouble. I also really liked in this chapter how you rarely mention their names. I have never thought of that before, but it seemed to work really well in this since they don't know the other's name yet and it adds kind of a... je na sais quoi to it :) I really think you have a great story here.

Wow, I really love this first chapter. You have an amazing writing style. I really love the way you describe things, it's very visual and vivid and goes well with Milady's somewhat confused and muddled thoughts. Kind of half between dream, waking, and thinking on the past. I didn't see any typoes in this either, and I think you portray Milady from a very personal point of view as if she were actually human which I have never seen another writer really do ;P I usually prefer her as the evil person, but I really like you take on her character. I'll read more later when I get the chance, but I enjoyed the first chap a lot!

The story so far is really lovely- can't wait for a new chapter. Please,update.:)
