Ok, it's undeniably strange and you seem to have been rather quick about it, but nevertheless it's sweet despite the rather... unexpected reaction of both, the headmaster and Molly.

I'm giddily applauding, because this is gorgeous. Very sinister, mad, strangely sweet, and I do so love sinister, mad, and strangely sweet. My favourite part was Snape in the Weasleys' parlour, "equal parts ugly and comfortable." I like the feel of their relationship as a whole - half-mad, half-asleep, one part morbid amusement and just a dash of concern. I really hope you continue in this little blue vein. I think I might have to add a Snape/Ginny to my favourites list (horror of horrors, gasp shock and shudder)...

I also like the subtleness of the crossover. One doesn't have to know from Sandman to appreciate this.
