Hi! I'm really enjoying this; you've successfully captured the essence of the Borgia family and translated it into a believable modern setting. Really enjoying the affectionate scenes/flashbacks of Cesare and Lucrezia, though I keep wondering- and I think you've done this on purpose to tantalize us- what is the extent of their relationship? What is it they have done when Lucrezia joins Cesare in his bed at night, and what is the understanding between them? It seems that their feelings remain unspoken, not yet formed into words, and Cesare is afraid of letting them become overt. Hope you will shed more light- through these thoroughly enjoyable flashbacks- on what has occurred between them thus far! Thanks and hope you can update soon!

However, I'll have to leave somewhat of a critique and I hope that won't put you off…
2 questions:
First, Ursula. Are u planning on making her as important as she was in the show (meaning rather pointless), or not?

Also, I'm confused… you keep indicating that Lucrezia is "beneath him" at the end of the kissing scenes – so… did they have an ACTUAL intercourse? Cause that would on one hand add some essence to the plot; on the other hand Cesare's sudden Ursula-switch would seem just WRONG!

My advise is to create your own plotline – you don't need to have all the same characters from the show making an appearance and making it obvious what will happen – their part in the plot.
Isn't it more interesting to create your own world, I mean you ARE writing AU set in a different time era no less, and the whole point with AU is just that – to break free from the show's set limitations. So why bring in Pablo? If you thought of showing that Lucrezia is young enough to get interested in other people apart from Cesare… well, she WILL be in England, why not set her up with Alex the college student? Naming Pablo as Pablo and Ursula as Ursula makes it rather obvious and also means that the only difference btw the show's plot and yours is the time era.

I read your story yesterday and now I can't stop thinking about it. Every character is very well written and the relationship between Cesare and Lucrezia seem very natural, innocent and I can feel their chemistry even in your text. :P They love each other so much that I don't even care they are brother and sister. Plus the way you wrote their evolution is perfect and it just seem almost normal that they fall in love with each other. I can't wait to read the rest. Please don't abandon the story like a lot of people do. I love it too much.

Hmm.. I like that you wrote Cesare and Lucrezia's relationship in a way that made it sweet and almost innocent. It's not as squicky as I thought it would be, so that's good.
