Despite the self-insert, it could make a good story.

As long as your character isn't too Mary Sue-ish, at any rate. :)

I usually stay away from self-inserts, because the author's usually make themselves too important.

Some of the lines you put from the movie point of view weren't actually in the movie, but I'll assume you're using creative license, there. :)

Many females think Agent Smith is about the best villain ever. I like Hugo Weaving as an actor, but he doesn't make me swoon.

The character he plays, however? Mmm-hmm! If you're really fourteen, your writing is pretty good, for your age.
