Ohohohoh! Please Write Some Please! I Love Your Stories, Truely I Do. I Like Your Style And Your Imagination With All Of These Characters, So I Really Want To See What You Would Do With Merlin's Childhood Stories.

That was an enjoyable read but I would have thought Merlin would have chosen to use his magic earlier. He can hide the telltale gold by closing his eyes. It was make more sense if he was stunned from a blow to the head at the beginning and was unable to concentrate on his magic.

Nice story! :) Well, part of a story, whatever. There were some really great scenes. And I couldn't help but laugh at the 'chill in the air', it made me think of George xD

Merlin has SUCH a way with children. "It'll feel like a bug crawling up your hand, but don't be afraid." Ohhhh my gosh what a great line. He'd make a great teacher and a wonderful father. That was the perfect way to win over the people permanently. And THE HANDSHAKE IN THE DUNGEONS. Lord Godwin is a prat in every sense of the word but he came round and that was GLORIOUS. And oh, Hunith. I'm glad you showed that; a lot of reveal fics seem to leave her out, and OF COURSE she would come to Camelot and spaz over Merlin and Arthur and the glory that is their bromance. Once again, well done! (Oh, and something I forgot to mention is how perfectly the phrase 'powerfully modest, modestly powerful' fits Merlin. Perfeeeeection. And also good luck on your test!)

i really loved this story- family,knights mental dilema and drama, just brilliant. and i desperately want to hear some of huniths embarrassing stories if you have any ideas in that department.

That was some VERY subtle name dropping in your first a/n. Great again and I'm so glad you updated this quickly, I thought I was going to have to wait a lot longer for this loverly chapter. Though, I've got to say, you totally stole my idea when Merlin healed the child. For my "Chapter Series" I have the reveal to not just Arthur but everyone as well planned. Of course, that's still a couple of fics away, however; I was going to have Merlin heal someone and by doing so help the people of Camelot accept him. Sometimes I think that you can read my mind. (:

No, seriously, I really did like the healing scene because it is SO Merlin. And I love that you brought Hunith in. I really think that it's kind of ridiculous that the show hasn't brought her back and has barely even mentioned her. And I think it gives us another perspective on Merlin when we see him with his mom. You didn't disappoint with this chapter and I'm so glad that you wrote it. But you know what you have to do now, you have to write the breakfast scene where we find out even MORE about Merlin. You can't leave us hanging like that! Once again, great chapter and beautiful bromance. Thank you for this gift.

Yay! I loved that you included Merlin's mother in this. It would be funny to hear what stories she choose to tell at breakfast...and her reaction to meeting Gwaine.

And I was wondering (now that I had read everything) will there be a sequel ? Because, that auctionner looked for Emrys and I'm sure Morgana still does too. Will not that give some great story (dare I say whump story because I'm an ultimate fan of the genre).

And at the same time Samuel and Merlin common history could make a good and original story too .
