Enjoyed the story a lot and the ending was clever and logical enough even to suit Illya the pragmatist. Nice job!

Great ending, although was it the explosion? Good way to leave the reader.

Thrush inventing an alternative fuel source, clever idea, well before it's time! Enjoyed your OC's very much. Sharon was not your typical Thrushie and that was a nice change, as was the fact that they let her just walk away. Hope you'll bring her back for another tale or two.

THRUSH researching energy alternatives 'way back then? Marvelous and insidious! Almost a pity it wasn't more successful. I love how Cleve's automatic manners kick in when he's introduced to the ladybird. And how the three of them just let her walk away. Sharon is certainly more professional and businesslike than the usual gang of thugs and mad misfits that pursue our guys. And of course, the "No Elves" theory is grin-worthy.

I was 'blown away' with this chapter, nice logic. Thanks for a satisfying conclusion! Well done!

Horrible image to keep flashing though Illya's mind. Still hanging on here, the vials have been explained (to a poine) as who shot Illya...now who got him out of the camp. Waiting anxiously for that reveal?

So maybe not SHC after all but still leaving the questions unanswered about Illya. Hmm? Another good chapter.

Illya looked his most innocent as he nodded and said: "Yes, of course doctor." Could picture that cherubic face. Another great chapter and now intrigued about the vial of course.

"Yes, of course doctor." How that innocent face and words can fool everyone well except maybe his partner. Like the pace of the story, keep it coming.

Haven't finished Hilltoppers yet, but I couldn't resist starting to read this one. Great start and the opening was excellent. Have me on edge again!

Intereesting character in Sharon, and Napoleon sauve reaction to her. Shoudl be a relationship to remember.
