Regardless, I’d like to give you a review for such a magnificent piece of literature!

First, I love how personal this is. I mean, I understand that Ino’s a bit more promiscuous than the other kunoichi (anime-wise, at least), but I would think even she would voice a bit of object to having someone present with her while she’s bathing. To have Shikamaru there was just… it was so personal, and I felt like you accurately captured the friendship that Team ten embodies. I just loved it; if I ever wanted to imagine a scene where there was ShikaIno—and trust me, I do, this would be it.

Second, I love Ino’s jealousy. You captured it perfectly, and while I think it’s a tiny bit out of character for Shikamaru to approach her (I wouldn’t think he wouldn’t bother, deeming it as far too “troublesome”; unless, that is, Temari’s involvement was a direct cause of their weakening bond, but that didn’t seem to be the case here, as I believe Shikamaru was chasing her as a way of consolation more so than that of patching a relationship), it was not astronomical.

Third, I loved the end.

Freaking. Loved. It.
