One half of me was going 'Yay Hermione, you've moved on' and the other half was tearing away at the angst.

That was a good story. Just, to maybe help you, might I suggest that you type less paragraphs and more of the characters talking. I do that exact samething. I want to fill in the reader about what the person is thinking, but if you had the character say more about what they are thinking, and just a little bit of actions, it will be much more interesting. But I LOVED the plot! BRAVO!

Wonderful story! I wished that Harry would learn to not take Hermione for granted. During the Scabbers incident and when researching for the first task, I really felt sad for Hermione that Harry didn't make any attempt to talk to her and appreciate her. You illustrated this very well. Sometimes, I kind of admire Hermione so much in how she acts that it is very difficult to find any fault with her, kind of seem like a ethereal character?

Oh, and I agree with Max. Us male are really ignorant, even more at that age when basically we need to beaten on the head to get the message (OK, maybe it's just me).
