I loved that Kate kept almost remembering, and fighting the blanks in her memory. It reminded me of Gwen in the first Torchwood episode. (Not that I've seen a whole lot more of it than that.) But I thought that it fit Becket, that she wouldn't give up on it when things didn't quite fit together properly.

Good. Very well written, with everyone in character.

Hmmm, maybe a crossover into SG-1? A little bit of Ancient Gene's giving humans these abilities and possible Ascension at a later date?

I loved this! I would love to see more Sorcerer's Apprentice 2010 fics- and if they are crossovers all the better! :)

I also like that, despite the magic involved, you kept both universes equal. It gets so tiring reading crossovers where the magical/fantastical universe has all the power and can just run rough-shod over the characters from the non-magical verse. Making it so the magic wasn't able to completely subjugate their will, so that Blake actually had to include them in some way was perfect!
