But this was gorgeous. So miserably sad but gorgeous all the same. And I have to say, something I love about this fandom and you demonstrated perfectly in your story, I love how we all have a healthy respect for Ayani and Taylor's feelings for her. No one demonizes her for coming before Wash, no one makes her a cheat or doubts her feelings for Taylor. It's very real, very mature, very refreshing.

*ahem* right then, so, this was absolutely beautiful. From start to finish it captivated my interest and held it to the very last word.

Ayani's death was so sad but the promises they made to her were heart wrenching. Honestly, it was incredible. I loved their reuniting hug. It spoke volumes. How much they missed one another, need one another.

I cant say this enough. This was beautiful. Fantastic job my dear!
