It's interesting to read this and to speculate what might have happened if Tom Riddle had not become Voldermort and the wars had never happened.

I myself have written a story called Kaleidoscope in which Merope Gaunt (Tom's mother) has her life saved by a young Horace Slughorn and goes on to lovingly raise Tom, thus preventing him turning towards the dark.

Your story goes further on in time to the point when the first and second wizarding wars would have otherwise happened and gives a view of the peaceful Wizarding World that might have been. Well thought out, thank you.
