It's Phoebe. Prue's gone, Cole's gone, Piper's gone. It makes sense. It makes alot of sense. It can't be Paige because her dad is dead and whoever this Charmed One is she says her dad is still alive, Victor. Great so far, keep it up! :)

I think the surviving sister should be Phoebe. "my sister's soulmate" is Leo. Piper was the 'favorite sister' and Paige was 'the other sister'. Then again, that's what i think. I want to see how this is going to turn out. Write more.
