They had long since crossed that line." I'm usually a bit funny about people saying things like 'I need you' or 'you complete me' or whatever - it's like, 'complete yourself!' - but this kinda got to me, the way two people who are really close do need each other, because 'wanting' isn't enough.

Anyway. I love a well-written Deamus fic and this is gorgeous :)
