Hero-envy, much there, Hawke? Killed *an* ogre? oooo! I love Urthemiel's back-handed defense of Aedan - "he's relatively amazing" Supportive and dismissive in the same fiery breath.

The escalation of his exasperation with the minions is just perfect, and the grade-school degeneration of the exchanges with the certain rival is hysterical - as is Aedan's resulting epiphany about the state of the universe. :D

As always, the entire thing has me with a gigantic goofy grin from word one through final stop. And I think this: "You have hope?" "I also have teeth, claws and fiery breath in case hope doesn't quite cut it." may now be one of my favorite quotes ever. :D [falls down in adoration - all three of you!]

The darkspawn letters were hilarious, too bad Uri doesn't want anymore.

It's always so difficult to decide which part is my favourite. The Maker? Hm, Dog? The series of letters from the Darkspawn? Though I have to admit that it's great Urthies boys and girls can use quill and ink. They've come a long way *sniff*.

I am utterly in awe of those that can put out such sharp humor so consistently. So please forgive the incoherent squeeage, and here's hoping that I might manage something with you know, actual words that relate to something, by the next chapter.

Aw, Dog is the bestest, and so is this story. Love, love, love. I think the Shylock bit was my favorite. :D

LOL, great as always. The snark and snappiness of these pieces never fails to delight. I loved the spawn notes and howled at Shylock. The increasing snark with each subsequent spawn question was perfect.

"Former Champion isn't a title" LOL! Not only that, but Hero of Ferelden just sounds better. And seriously? Shouldn't it really be Hero of Thedas since he stopped the Blight from spreading to all corners of Thedas? Just sayin...

Sebastian's section was so true it was almost painful..oh that was from the laughter, never mind.

The last four lines (in particular the last one) so utterly perfect.

And the humor? Just what the doctor called for! Awesome!

The string of darkspawn questions about their names were great. You did a great job making it so we could feel Urthemiel's exasperation building with each reply :) He clearly needed higher functioning beings than darkspawn to get the job done during the Blight! Hmmm... maybe he should start a recruiting drive.

I love the general cynicism and snark in these pieces. I get the feeling this is a form of therapy for both Cousland and Urthemiel :)

I simply knew this would improve my evening the moment I saw the notice in my mailbox, and it did. I _so_ love seeing Hawke put down! And Sebastian, too. I forgive you that nasty Nathaniel piece, because Sanga and Morrigan rock.

I'm so far behind on reading that I'm just now getting to this, but I'm glad I did. The concept and execution are genius :)

I especially like the rather over-the-top Cousland, which actually holds an undercurrent of truth (assuming BSN forum threads are an accurate reflection) when it comes to how the typical male gamer approaches the game - the harem mentality with license and expectation to bed anything that moves. And of course he's got Morrigan committed to him and yet not having any problem with him pursuing whatever other women he wants. Because that's exactly how things work in real life, right? -lol-

The interplay between Aedan and Urthemiel is hilarious. Even more so when they're calling each other into question over some dumb companion/minion. The whole commiserating over being surrounded by idiots angle would be worth playing up more in a future installment. Maybe have a 'Dear Urthemiel' from 'A.C' complaining about leading a bunch of braindead people, Urthemiel figuring out that it was Aedan that sent the letter, and having that spawn a funny discussion. Hmmm... maybe I'll come up with some ideas and PM you fake letters :)

Anyway, I really enjoyed this. I know you're busy these days, but I'm hoping to see more soon!
