The way you bring that back in their last moments is truly moving. I rarely come close to crying while reading, but this is now up there with my favorites.

That was wonderful, I cant stop crying, that was the most wonderfully sad story I've ever read. A sort of Perfect Saddness, I am NEVER going to stop crying. I've flooded my room with tears shed, I cant beleive how moving this story is.

There was once a way to prevent this kind of death, it involved the generation of Aura through conception, but I suppose they (and perhaps you ;) ) would not have known about it...

Yeah. Mewtwo being a prick again. Then again, he was always emotionally disabled for the most part. I wonder if he will find love as well? It certainly looks grim on his side...

Through the Ferris wheel incident I just kept wondering where the supportive Pokemon were... Surely someone had their own pidgeot or bulbasaur or something?

the end is making me cry. that is a very hard thing to do even though i am a girl. this story is... i have no words to describe how i feel about it. but i can say you wrote a tear jerking story that was well written. please continue writing like this.
