That was truely well written. I do love Bobby Drake :) You did an excellent job of describing him.

How heartbreaking, not just for Bobby, but for me! You killed one of my favorite people in the world! ;) Otherwise, woah, I felt Bobby's heartbreak and grief...though I'm not quite sure what happened in the end. (Did he die?) Bobby Drake/Iceman is one of my fave X-Men, (gotta love those two looneys) and I think you found an aspect of him that doesn't surface enough in the comics. The part of him that wants to show everyone that he's not just a clown.

Too bad Beast had to die in such an unheroic way though...

The characterization was perfect. That WAS Bobby. I could imagine him thinking those exact words, feeling the way he felt... absolutely excellent. :)

Very sad! I just hate the idea that Hank died before they got a chance to make up. That is the worst! Poor Bobby! No wonder he feels like scum! Great fic.
