Cute, cute, cute! I loved it!

So many people flame and dislike Daisuke... Sure, I don't like him as much as Taichi, but still, he's got his great strong points too. And Ken xD Gotta love the boy!

I don't know why but when people admit they're gay it sounds so odd. What I mean is, I kind of feel that Daisuke and Ken would say they love eachother not choose to say "Im gay" they weren't crushing over other guys now were they?

Cute cute story. I can't get enough of Dai taking care of Ken. You wrote for both characters well. Daisuke's humor was on the mark!

So cute! Poor Ken, but at least it was a happy ending and personally I love Taito.

what happened to the Kaizer?

There has GOT to be a better adjective out there then "bluenette." *grumpy* But... *brightens* Who cares? This story is so cute! I think the best part is the dialogue. You kind of are fighting yourself, first with the angst, then the fluff... but somehow it all works.

Some nitpicky editorial points:

1. A fever spiking at 103 should have Ken shuddering in terrible chills, and I'm not so sure he'd tolerated the cold water so easily. The last time I had a fever... and it was only to 101... I was crying I was in so much pain, and I couldn't think at all. I recommend lowering the temp just a tad.

2. That's an awful long time for Ken's mom to make a run to the store. You should give her something else to do, to explain the long absence.

3. I almost think this story would be stronger without the Osamu stuff. It's rather heavy, and if Ken is thinking about it you'd imagine that it would color his feelings towards Daisuke with a lot more hopelessless, especially after it seems like his "wish has come true." Ken can be very pessimisitic at times, almost depressive. Give him a focus for that suite of emotions and you almost *have* to follow it, and that just spoils the fluff.

Anyway. Normally I don't leave such long reviews but your writing has made a real impression on me. All criticism should be weighed against the fact that I think you have a very fresh voice and a great style, and this story is full of all the right sguiggly kinds of emotion that make Kensuke so... well, inspiring! Very, very good job.
