Oh, nicely done! :) Just what I had hoped to find after reading The Last Battle for the first time in about a decade. I love the feeling of camaraderie here. I'm also glad to see that people write about Tirian. I would have liked to see more of the last king of Narnia. I guess that fanfics can give me the chance!

Beautifully and evocatively written. I don't like TLB (everybody dies, then end) but you've done a lovely and vivid job of capturing the desperation of the final stand. I definitely saw it as romantic between Jill and Tirian and that works well here in this context too - something fleeting - a bit of lovely warmth in the midst of the terror. Thank you!
