Ye gods, I'm enjoying this

Quips and comic descriptions to keep you chuckling, but it's the interesting, likable, _believable_ characters that pull you in. I find I'm enjoying the plot more than the familiarity. Pratchett would be proud.

Fascinating character choice. Plenty of Disc details, seamlessly worked throughout. Even the odd pithy insight into human nature. Too damn good for fan fiction.

Lol! This fic is hilarious. I showed it to my friend and she loved it also. Great job, and I especially like the beginning part with the road :)

this is honestly amazing, you could pass for the real thing and thats no simple compliment given what you're emulating.

I know it's probably hopeless to ask for the next chapter but here it is anyway.

*snerk* I haven't even started reading this yet (because at the point I scrolled down, frantically searching for the review button, the story hadn't started yet... only the road had) but already I can tell it's going to be an awesome read. Unfortunately, I'm paranoid about spoilers, so I'm going to have to put this story on hold until I've read a bit further down the discworld books line.

I must say, this is one of the most impressive fanfics I've ever read. You keep the style and tone of the original, but explore something that was left as a loose end. I love the way that it's shaping up so far, and I can't wait to read the complete work. It's not as great as, say, "Thief of Time", but I'd say it's about on par with "The Truth".
