It's time for your friendly not-so-friendly reminder to start thinking about writing another chapter! :D (Yes, the virtual cookies are loaded. The usage of iocane powder hasn't been termed a criminal act of injustice yet, right?)

I'm really anxious to know what happens to Akito! (And everyone else, of course, but all things considered they don't really matter at the moment - don't kill me, other reviewers!) Is Daichi going to bring Akito to the brink of death? Torture him? Blackmail him? Commit "suicide" and blame his death on his brother? Abuse him by making him watch as Daichi performs a soprano or ballet? Kill his favorite puppy? Hopefully he doesn't hypnotize him... that kind of ruins the plotline in my opinion.

So saying the above, (which can be blamed on a healthy dosage of caffeine and angst plots), I hope you update soon and tell me what's going on. :) Great chapter, by the way! I can't wait to find out what happens next!

It will be interesting to know what plans Daichi holds for Akito. Perhaps he will bargain for Akito's loyalty by holding Kanou hostage, or he may even frame Akito for a comrade's death. Naturally, these are only theories. My question remains whether Kaina was buried beneath the rubble with the others, or whether she will play a prominent role in the following events between Akito and Daichi. I eagerly await the revelations in upcoming chapters. Until next time, keep up the good work.

I hope you did not kill Satoshi! Of course, that would ruin the plotline early on and lose you one reviewer, so it would not make sense for you to destroy any of your characters early. Kind of like an insurance policy for our favorites. :) I enjoyed reading this chapter, and I think it is a splendid idea of yours to divide the plotline into two separate arks. Will they both be included in this fic, or will you write them separately in hopes of more reviews?

Poor Satoshi is always being dubbed the baby of the group. I hope he is all right! No one can escape an avalanche of boulders unscathed. You had better not make us wait to see how each character fared. (
