I really like this pairing (I loved it when I read On a Very Special Arthur), and I'm glad more people are pursuing it.

Very well written, and I can't say Brain's feelings are unfamiliar to me. I can't really say it's in character though, and I feel like there needs to be a little more establishment on the time, place, and prior events that make Brain act this way.

Good job, keep writing, and please try to explain the setting a bit more.
