As a general rule, I dislike song fics; they tend to be poorly implemented, shoddily written and utterly trivial. With that in mind, your fic is the exception that proves the rule. Your characters are believable, your heartache realistic (and extremely depressing) and in general you've provided a story that's really engrossing. Congratulations :)

This is an entirely new perspective for me-I always picture them together from the start. But it fits really well, and the story arc feels like reality as well. Really good, heart felt story!

Aww, very nice! Poor broken-hearted Scorpius :( I worried he was going to turn Al away and essentially do to him what Teddy had done to Scorpius. I'm glad he gave it-is giving it-a chance. And that Al is allowing him time to heal and adjust.
