Hats off to you! This is a fantastic story. I love the 'paper trail' format that tells the story and the way it really lets you get into the character's heads. Little details like Dean texting during his observation day add in all of the little personality quirks that make the show itself enjoyable.

You did a wonderful job of wrapping up your story. :)

It was nice that Renee realized that Dean and Sam rarely get thanked for being the heroes.

I loved how through reading Renee's journal we got an even broader perspective on what happened in the school. You've done a wonderful job in picking the right POV for each section.

I liked too Renee's comments about the boys being unrecognised heroes because that's exactly what they are and also how she wanted to thank them but didn't get the chance, I liked seeing the flip-side of that argument.

I love how you wrote Dean and Sam. You did a wonderful job with their voices. I also had to smile when Colleen wondered where Dean had hidden his shutgun, '...didn't even know where it came from or where he had stashed it on his person...'

Colleen also noticed how Dean and Sam communicated with one word or just a look. Excellent!

This scene was a perfect example. "Sam!" Dean called, and his voice hadn't been so much a command as it had been a signal. It called to attention, yet again, just how 'together' the two of them were. It was I found something and come check this out and I'll cover you and be careful all rolled into one three-letter word.'

You did a wonderful job of describing how Colleen felt while she was possessed and also absorbing the memories from Nell.

I really enjoyed reading this chapter.

Absolutely amazing update. I loved the storyline; the idea that the wife was the only thing standing between her murderous husband and the people in the schoolhouse and is now gone... kinda reminds me of the Provenance storyline from Season 1, which I thought was one of the more creepy ones. Anyway, looking forward to the next update.

It was interesting to view Sam and Dean's hunting through Colleen's eyes. I liked your word choice throughout this chapter. You did an excellent job describing what being possessed would feel like. Colleen's possession provided an excellent way to tell Nell's story. Very nice twist at the end. I definitely did not have trouble following what happened in this chapter. It picked up nicely from where the previous chapter left off. I can't wait to read the next chapter.
