Oh my god, I can't tell you how thrilled I am to see this story. Not only is it amazing (as all your fics are; I was a fan of your Star Trek fics from a while ago) but it's fairly recent. I adore Gosford fics, so it's thrilling to think that you might still be writing them.

What a beautiful story! It's really wonderful to see how far every-one's come, and you made me feel desperately worried about Robert as well. Perhaps a sequel that takes place after the war wouldn't be amiss either? ;)
