Kaiba is acting a little like a perv. Please don't make him into one. EVERONE seems to think of him in that way. And yeah, Japan does provide it's schools with uniforms. Oh, and Decker? Please don't diss my America. We have our flaws but being called, "cheap" hurts me greatly. We only have uniforms in Private schools because public doesn't authorized that rule. Public is for all people of any race to wear what they want, and how. It's in our Constitution. It's our right. (Sorry for being all nationalism for about a few moments)=)
