Wonderful story you have written. It was a little sad to read, not because he was dying but that he thought he still didn't deserve to have Sarah (both when he was dying and after his surgery. You did end it off on a much brighter note and the banter between them was perfect, well done.

I loved this. There are a few stories about Chuck getting shot and all, but this is my favorite, by far. It's very well written and the ending is just perfect.
