Huh. This story's kind of trippy, but in a good way. I really like the way that Jack is a shadowy sort of antagonist through the whole thing; it makes him quite creepy. Thanks for a good read :)

I enjoyed this story. I loved seeing Catherine from Gwen's point of view in the first chapter. The characters of Catherine and Vincent in the first chapter didn't seem quite true to form but the rest of the story was great. I would have liked to know just how much Catherine told Joe. A meeting between Joe and Vincent would have been very interesting! After his initial surprise I could imagine Joe warning Vincent to take good care of " his Cathy ". Having Joe know about Catherine's other life would make it easier for Cathy, as she would have someone Above in the law practice to understand. Thanks for writing!

I did feel that Catherine and Vincent were out of character in chapter 1, but once the explanation of the 2 previous pregnancies was explained, then Catherines overprotectiveness made sense.
