I am loving this story. You're doing a really fantastic job writing for all the characters involved. And I love the 'memory' detours from the main story line. Subscribing, definitely.

Small pointer about Britih phone numbers...Mobile numbers start 07, and are 11 numbers long (for example 07925 127571). Landlines start with 01, and usually have 10 or 11 numbers, more often 11 (for example 01283 365065).

Love this story. It seems to be very accurate in the way John would react to Sherlock's reappearance. Maybe they could solve a case related to Mary? If Sherlock saves her in some way then it will test their friendship - whether even that is enough to make John forgive Sherlock. Maybe she doesn't come back from the school dance until the morning after and she won't say where she was and John assumes she's been having an affair. I do understand why you enjoy writing these so much!
