That was wonderful, funny and intriguing. I actually like your Ginny much better than the one we saw in Book 5 and Book 6. Have you written more of this?

I noticed quite a bit of Pratchett right off-not that that's a bad thing at all.

My favorite thing about your story is your take on the characters as they might be as adults: cynical, more gray-scale and less black and white, and less twerpish.

I enjoyed the Terry Pratchett-esque asides, and loved to see Ginny's unfazed acceptance of a number of startling events...and her ability to discomfit Draco and Snape at the same time.

This story is well-plotted, and you have an interesting... slant on Ginny's character, but what really makes it entertaining are those dry turns of phrases that make even something inherently unamusing to be hillarious. Dark, cynical, and superb. Bravo!
