Reviews for Through Muggleborn Eyes: Year Six
JJ Rust 4/21/13 . chapter 35
Excellent final chapter. Really good job getting into Bryt's head during the funeral with her hatred of Snape, still trying to come to terms with Dumbledore's death and wondering what the future holds for her. "Until the end." Now she's really thinking what that might mean for her. Scary stuff, but she is determined to go through with it.

Great last line. What is Bryt's big reveal.

Looking forward to Year Seven. Keep up the good work.
JJ Rust 4/9/13 . chapter 34
Very good chapter! Nice job of show Bryt's somewhat shellshocked attitude, trying to cope with Dumbledore's death, Snape, et al. Loved the way you capture Bryt's continuing disbelief over Dumbledore's death and the way she unconsciously tries to finger her lucky bracelet that is no longer there.

Looking forward to the final chapter.
JJ Rust 4/3/13 . chapter 33
Good chapter. Excellent job of getting into Bryt's head and showing her shock and sorrow over Dumbledore's death.

A couple of typos I caught: "taught Bryt four six years" should be "taught Bryt for six years"

"But to help the" should be "But to help them."

Nice job blending Bryt's thoughts into the scene from the book and putting a unique spin on this part. Look forward to reading the next chapter.
JJ Rust 3/24/13 . chapter 32
Good chapter. Very good job on the fight scenes and excellent job getting into Bryt's head and showing all her fears and how she is struggling to overcome them, not freeze up and do what needs to be done. I really love the whole bit about her trying to act instead of thinking. Sometimes, thinking too much gets you into trouble. And, you got Bryt hurt! Call watching "Die Hard" way too many times, but there are times when it's good to have your heroes get hurt to show the reader they are human. And now Bryt's bracelet is gone, the lucky bracelet she loves so much. Oh, how evil was that to do to her.

One little typo I caught: "her heard pounding" should be "her heart pounding"

Good job here. Looking forward to reading the final two chapters.

Hey! Sorry for not reviewing for awhile. . . College... Great way to end this one I think! I loved the little cliff-hanger there, can't wait to see how her parents take this obstacle! Or mainly her mom, right? :) Can't wait to read the 7th and final installment, I'll be honest, I am going to miss Bryt whens she is gone! :)
September And Summer 3/6/13 . chapter 35

September And Summer 3/4/13 . chapter 34
:'( It's getting very dark now isn't it? This is amazing AGAIN as well as all the others I have read! Please put up Year Seven sooon!:):)
JJ Rust 3/3/13 . chapter 31
Good chapter. I liked all the tension you brought out with Harry and Ron thinking the Prince has to be a guy, and Bryt and Hermione taking offense to it.

No luck potion in the trunk. Oh, great twist. Always nice when things get screwed up on the eve of battle.

More good big sister moments with Bryt worrying about her brothers answering the DA call.

Looks like all hell's about to break loose. Can't wait.
JJ Rust 2/17/13 . chapter 30
Not a bad chapter. I think maybe Bryt and Ron would have tried to go with Harry to see if they could help after they saw him covered in blood. Good job handling the argument about Harry using the cutting curse and on the Gryffindors' celebration after winning the Quidditch Cup.

A couple of typos I caught: "Harry now ha" should be "Harry no had"

"As news hot around" should be "As news got around."

Looking forward to the next chapter.

Great chapter and awesome cliff-hanger, I hope Bryt fairs OK in this fight scene coming up! Can't wait until the next chapter! Year six is drawing to a close!
JJ Rust 2/9/13 . chapter 29
Not a bad chapter. Good job of showing Bryt's nervousness before her Apparation test. I also thought you did a good job handling the argument of whether or not to go to Hagrid's. I think there could have been more dialogue between Bryt and Ron before and after the Apparation test to bring out their thoughts and feelings about the whole affair, maybe show them trying to encourage one another.

One typo I caught:
"an instructed" should be "an instructor"

Keep up the good work.
JJ Rust 2/3/13 . chapter 28
Things are going to turn out all right on Bryt's birthday. Oh yeah, nothing ominous sounding about that. I'm sure everything will be all right.

Not a bad chapter. Good stuff with the Apparation lesson and Bryt getting fed up with Harry's obsession with Malfoy. I kind of like the fact we're seeing that aspect of the book from someone's else's POV, and how Harry just can't see for himself that he's really turning off his friends with his Malfoy obsession.

Hermione was so in-character in that last scene. She just can't bring herself to complement someone if they just came close to getting it right.

One typo I caught: "Apparate too far too far away" should be "Apparate too far away."

Glad your back writing this. Keep up the good work.

Hey there! Another great chapter, I really love how Bryt is getting annoyed with Harry's obsession with Malfoy! And I really liked the little side story about Mike's romantic troubles, ?I thought it was very cute! :) Keep up the good work! Looking forward to another chapter!
JJ Rust 11/11/12 . chapter 27
Not a bad chapter. Seems like a bit of a transitional chapter. But I did like the bit with Bryt trying to help Mike get over his break-up. Also, some nice reactions from Bryt over Harry's obsession with Malfoy. I think the ending could have been a little stronger, maybe with Bryt thinking about Harry's obsession with Malfoy and if there was anything she or her friends could do to help him get over it.

One typo I caught: "growth sport" should be "growth spurt"

Looking forward to the next chapter.
