Very well written. I almost felt as though Poe himself wrote the piece. Theft? No. Plagarism? No. I really enjoyed it. Up until the end, I thought it was Nabiki who did it. Nice twist of fate.

Reading this, I felt like I was eating some dessert of very fine quality. The texture held me, first of all.

It started out kinda 'Cask Of Amontillado-y'(It's been a long time since I've read Poe's version of your story). I was expecting the narrator to be someone else, but in retrospect, I suppose I'm not surprised. :)
