I like them both, but this second one's better. The rewrite is a lot smoother and more in-depth than the original...but you knew that already. Akara rocks. :D

The best bit of this is the part where she sees Raistlin in the dark. The description of him when he's asleep is so vivid, and the image it creates is wonderful.

Oh, sweetness! This is pretty good. I can't point out any mistakes or anything like that (I haven't read Dragonlance for, what, two years?) still, I like the ending.
