Well Shadow, would you believe that I was about to e-mail you about your progress? Good thing I checked first, right? :-)

This fic was very nice, very nice and very sweet. I especially liked how Cale and Sage were moving into the relationship slowly, and without really realizing it. (Not that PWPs don't have their place, but I love the sweet stuff.)

Now Ryo seems to be a bit worse for the wear, but I can't say he didn't deserve it for what he did to Sage. He was a bastard... but thankfully he's not anymore. You made me feel as if he's grown, become more mature, and come to know himself better. And you never said it right out, a hallmark of a truly exceptional writer. Ryo has become a better person, (but Cale deserves Sage more.)

However, it seems to be a bit open-ended... (especially with Cale and Sage acknowledging that their relationship might be a bit deeper than simple friendship.) Will there be a sequel in the works? If not/(if so) can I (help) write it?

hy! i love it, I haven't thought of a sequel to hunter with Cale involved but that was great.
