Loved it! Truly loved it! It was so beautifully written and I honestly felt the love and emotion pouring from Esme in her letters. Ah...the written word is oft times a splendid thing! And this is one of those times. Again, excellent work!

I just love this! You've captured Esme exactly how I see her and if SM had allowed her to stay in contact with Bella, I can't imagine her letters being any better. Just wonderful! It would be good for everyone to have an Esme in their life, right?

I just stumbled on this wonderful take on when Edward left Bella. I always wondered how Esme reacted, knowing how much she loves Bella as her own and you have painted a perfect picture. I loved this. It showed Esme's regret and love for a lost daughter and though we didn't hear from Bella herself, you managed to convey her side, as well. I really enjoyed it.

Love the fact that Esme chose to write to Bella;P You had me laughing with the "Shouty Caps". I never understood how easily the family gave into Edward's wishes to abandon Bella without even a simple goodbye considering they supposedly loved her like family. Thanks for sharing;)

I love that Esme writes Bella in this scenario, definitely something Esme may have done! The "shouty caps" made me laugh, and I love that she holds Carlisle partially responsible for the entire situation they're in, too.

I love the most, though, the very last letter. She still writes them even when Bella is back, and that's so sweet and just makes me all smiles.
