I don't know if you will ever finish this story, although it's fairly complete as is. It's excellent and an imaginative explanation for the events leading up to Daemon's and Lucivar's births. Bishop never goes into Saetan's contract with Dorothea, and I've always wondered if a little unnoticed Black Widow persuasion went into it, BTW. Even wearing the Black, there are subtleties to spells and poisons that Saetan misses, we know that - only Witch is infallible in Bishop's canon when it comes to the Hourglass craft.

Very nice, and I liked it a lot. Tersa is one of my very favorite characters. She and Saetan have a lovely interweaving together, yet it's not a romantic relationship. They are more than friends, less than lovers - it's a very intriguing mystery past that Bishop leaves us with.

You are such a talented author. You can write the characters just like in the books. It's so refreshing to see them in total character. You capture Dorothea and the High Lord perfectly.

I love how you write Dorothea it's just how I image her if she had a little more page time in the books.

I just had to add this story to my favorites it's so good. I hope you keep writing, because this story ROCKS. Thanks so much for even just writing this much. It has totally inspired me to begin writing some BJT stories. Best of luck. _

WOW, that's all I can say. You encompass all the little facts we glean from Anne Bishop's books about the Black Widow Craft and make it totally plasuable and just, wow.

The visions were so descriptive. I could picture the whole thing. It made perfect sense. You must of spent a lot of time thinking of what exactly to write there. What you did write just fit so perfectly.

Well, I decided to review all of your chapters not just the last one you had posted by the time I found this story so here goes nothing.

I was always confused about why Saetan would even think about agreeing to Dorothea's proposal. This well not exactly explaining anything, set the facts out in plain view so that it was easier to grasp.

I resently reread the conversation between Lucivar and Saetan about why he didn't just use the black and take Daemon away from Dorothea. It was interesting to learn he was too afraid of his own powers and what had happened with Zuulman to do anything.

Well this was a great first chapter.

Pretty good, I hope to see more in the near future.

Wow, I always wanted Anne Bishop to write a story like this, but then you did and it's so good! It fills in a lot of the blanks. I noticed you haven't updated in a while and I hope you haven't quit on this story since it's so good. Um, update soon please.

Personally I would like to say you are an exceptional author. I have read Bishop's books several times now and I must say that for not being the original author you kept to her style of writing while adding your own flare. As an author myself i know how difficult this is to do and you have done a marvelous job of it. I am extremely impressed that you kept the characters true to form and I would like to believe that Anne Bishop herself would be quite proud of your work.
