Just finished rereading this, and while "Divine Blood" has been a lot of fun, this one's currently my favorite Thrythlind story - this is the only story I've seen where the new gods learn just what they are slowly, Midori's a charm, and Kodachi as the new high priestess of the new gods (even if none of them quite realize it yet) is priceless. (Shampoo as a god-gifted paladin is cool, too.)

A very most wonderful story! Hope your muse strikes you in an updating mood. This has got to be one of your best.
