Dean speeding towards that hospital lot shows how much he cares- I absolutely love the part where, after Sam and Cas are taken away to be treated, he thinks "His entire life was in someone else's hands". That was a beautiful way to express how much he loves them. I love the ending- it was bittersweet yet perfect. Thank you for sharing such an amazing story :)
